AN EASY, STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS
Once you have made contact with MyEXM, and we have mutually agreed to a program category and fee plan, there are four phases we follow: assessment, preparation, action and monitoring. Let's review each step in more detail.

Assessment involves documenting all the details about your particular sport and/or present exercise activities physique, fitness level and desired objectives.
Preparation entails checking that you have the right equipment and apparel for your recommended fitness activity. We can help you select whatever is necessary so that you start off on the right “footingâ€.
Action/Online Instruction is when the program gets underway. You'll have clear and comprehensive online instructions that only you (and your MyEXM coach) can refer to in an instant. You can also choose to have personal e-mail and phone contact as required.
Monitoring by MyEXM on a regular basis will ensure that you are following your exercises as recommended and improving on your fitness levels to reach your goals.
